President for ( 2011-2012 )
Doc Helm is elected President for the term 2010-2011
Northwest region ( Bob Vandiver )
Bob was re-elected.
Southeast region ( Kent Hitchens )
Kent was re-elected.
Kelly Osuna from Cobre HS replaces Doc Helm on the Board of Directors.

In 1986 NMTCCCA had its roots at Sandia HS when these pioneers gathered to establish an association to promote track and field. This first meeting attendees were; Blaine Clarke, Ronny Maskew ( Ruidoso), Gary Ray ( Aztec ); Joanne Romero ( Belen ); Marilyn Sepulveda ( Alamogordo ); Ron Singleton ( Carlsbad ).
The next year a constitution was instituted and plans were made to have a Meet of Champions which evolved into the Marilyn Sepulveda Meet when she passed away.
These coaches are the founding members of our association.
